Stilwhite Bianco Veneto IGT 2020

The bright yellow color introduces a bright array of fruity aromas between citrus, white-fleshed fruit and tropical. The palate stretches precisely, with vibrant freshness and succulent savoriness that make it tasty to sip and mouthwatering to re-taste.

It comes from grapes grown on soils of fluvial and alluvial origin, particularly clayey; the grapes of the different varieties, harvested when perfectly ripe, are fermented separately. Prolonged resting on the lees (at least 5 months) and subsequent blending give a vibrant, aromatically persistent, extremely mouthwatering wine.

Thanks to its dynamic savoriness, it shows wide versatility of pairing in different moments of everyday life, from aperitifs to meat and fish dishes.
