A sparkling wine with a very fine and persistent perlage, it offers crisp aromas of white-fleshed fruit and acacia and peach blossoms. On the palate, small wild strawberries can be smelled as it relaxes joyfully and amusedly, with the bubbles dictating the pace and the savory freshness supporting its long fragrant finish of small yellow flowers and juicy pear and peach.
Traveling through the top-quality zones of the Denomination, we find the vineyards from which the grapes come for our Brut Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore. It is a selection of small, isolated parcels of land with unique characteristics which, together, seem to form an archipelago in the midst of the sea of rolling hills that lie between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.
The result? A Prosecco with an irresistible, immediately appealing style which, thanks to at least a month of natural maturation in contact with the lees following the second fermentation, yields a full, harmonious flavor on the palate.
